Energy consumption reporting

The year on the meters, written for the people who run the building.

Packagegridbase prepares energy consumption dashboards as printed and PDF reports: billed kWh and fuel, plant-room observations, and notes a facilities director can take into a board meeting.

How the figures leave the plant room

We do not sit behind a generic product screen. A reporter walks the boilers, the electrical closets, and the roof units, then sits with the invoices you already receive. The energy consumption dashboards in our reports are tables and short charts tied to named meters.

Day one

Telephone briefing: building name, reporting year, who holds the invoice file, and which plant rooms need an escort.

On site

Photograph meter faces, note multipliers, and write what is isolated, unlabeled, or still on a house circuit.

At the desk

Transcribe twelve months of bills. Where interval files exist, check missing days and daylight-saving rows before any chart is drawn.

Issue

A dated PDF for your archive, plus a one-page briefing. Optional local record-keeping in the desktop application on your own computer.

Whole-building energy consumption report

For facilities directors who must explain last year’s electricity, gas, and heat to a board, a municipal filing, or a tenant circular. Scope is one building or a named cluster that shares a plant. Construction work and utility negotiations stay outside the engagement.

What the whole-building report includes

Other reporting we take on

Electrical conduits and distribution boards in a service corridor

Meter walkthrough and register

A scheduled walk of plant rooms and closets to photograph meters, note multipliers, and produce a register the next invoice cycle can follow.

Office interior with large windows and work tables

Tenant-area allocation notes

A written split of common-area and tenant electricity or heat where the building still shares panels and a single utility account.

Factory interior with high windows and industrial equipment

Seasonal heating-plant review

A comparison of boiler or district-heat use against outdoor temperature and occupancy for one heating season, written for the plant log.

“The report named the east-wing lighting panel that still feeds the old print room. Our previous year-end pack had treated that kWh as offices.”
