How the figures leave the plant room

How we read a utility interval file without drowning in columns
Interval files arrive as long grids of timestamps. The useful work is spotting missing days, daylight-saving jumps, and columns that are kW instead of kWh.
Corridor lighting that still lives on the common-area total
In older mixed-use blocks, the corridor and dock lights were never given their own meter. Allocation notes have to say that out loud.
What to photograph during a boiler-room visit
A heating-season review is easier to defend when the plant room is recorded as it was on the visit day, not as the drawing set imagined it.
