These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website at https://packagegridbase.digital and commissioned reporting work described on this site. By using the website you accept these Terms. Commissioned work is also subject to the written quote issued for that engagement.

1. Who we are

Packagegridbase provides energy consumption reporting for facilities, including whole-building reports, meter walkthroughs, tenant-area notes, and seasonal heating-plant reviews. A desktop application may be mentioned as a local data tracking and analytical utility. Packagegridbase is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

2. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website. If you commission work, the quote and these Terms should be read together. Where they conflict on fee, scope, or timetable, the quote prevails for that engagement.

3. Informational website

Pages describe reporting work. They are not an offer to enter a contract until a quote is accepted. Prices on the rates page are guidance. No checkout is provided. No lead-generation form is provided on this site.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original photographs commissioned by Packagegridbase remain the property of Packagegridbase unless a quote assigns copyright in a specific report to the client. Utility invoices and plant logs you supply remain yours. Meter photographs taken during a paid walkthrough are licensed to you for internal facility use when the invoice for that walkthrough is paid.

Third-party names, including Binance® and MARVEL, are used only as described in the footer disclaimers. No licence to those marks is granted to you.

5. Reporting work

Reports reflect meters, invoices, and observations available at the time of the visit and document intake. They are not engineering design, legal advice, or a guarantee of future consumption. Estimates are labeled. Live electrical work is excluded.

6. Desktop application

Any availability link for the desktop application points to https://veve.me/ and does not start a file download from this website. The application does not hold or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. Record-keeping in the application is local to the machine on which it is used.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it in a way that impairs others’ access, or present the site as an official channel of Binance Holdings Ltd., Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

8. Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Packagegridbase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For commissioned reports, liability is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where law in Georgia (GE) does not allow such a limit, including in cases of fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country code GE), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Georgia (GE) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Packagegridbase may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The date below is the version date. Continued website use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use. Existing signed quotes are not altered by a later website posting.
