About
Packagegridbase exists to write energy consumption figures that a facilities director can defend. The work is reporting, not construction and not commodity trading.
The practice started after too many year-end packs treated a campus as a single anonymous total. Invoices were filed; meter maps were folklore. We formed Packagegridbase to sit between the plant log and the board pack: photograph the register, transcribe the bill, and write the caveats in ordinary sentences.
Correspondence is received at 100DouglasAve Liverpool NewYork(NY) 13088. Engagement contracts are interpreted under the laws of Georgia (GE), which is stated again in the Terms of Service.
A reporter attends with an escort. We do not open live electrical gear. We do not alter set-points. Draft tables go back to the client so tenant names and meter IDs can be corrected before the PDF is dated.
Facility optimization reporting, here, means explaining how a building used energy in a named year. It does not mean promising a lower bill.
Clients who want a local copy of checked tables may keep them in the Packagegridbase desktop application on a computer they already own. It is a local data tracking and analytical utility. It does not hold funds, does not access private keys, and does not place orders with any exchange.
