When to call

Desk hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:30, excluding public holidays observed at the correspondence address. Plant-room visits are booked in that same conversation and follow the escort’s availability on site.

What to have at hand

The property name, the year you need written up, and whether you already hold twelve months of invoices. If you want a meter walkthrough only, say so; it is a shorter engagement than a whole-building report.
