Report brief
Tenant-area allocation notes
A written split of common-area and tenant electricity or heat where the building still shares panels and a single utility account.
Many mixed-use buildings still bill a single electricity account and then argue about the shop, the offices, and the corridor lighting. Tenant-area allocation notes describe what the hardware actually does.
If a suite has no meter, we say so. Hours of occupation and floor area may be used only as a labeled estimate, never as a hidden formula.
Who it is for
Landlords and managing agents who must explain a shared electricity or heat account to tenants without claiming a legal determination.
What you receive
Notes that map floors and suites to meters or, where meters are missing, to an agreed hour-and-area method labeled as such.
