Report brief
Meter walkthrough and register
A scheduled walk of plant rooms and closets to photograph meters, note multipliers, and produce a register the next invoice cycle can follow.
A meter walkthrough is the slow job that later reports depend on. We walk with whoever holds the keys, photograph each register, and write the multiplier exactly as printed on the plate.
The finished register is meant to live on a clipboard in the plant office as much as in a shared folder. Staff should be able to find meter M-14 without opening a drawing set.
